The W2IMU EME Notes

The W2IMU EME Notes

Starting in the 1960s the late Dick Turrin, W2IMU wrote
the series of 'Crawford Hill EME Notes' over the next 20
years. The notes here were a compilation put together by
Dick in about 1989. Although that may seem EME prehistory
to some, they are essential reading, particularly to those
with ambitions to operate on the bands above 1296MHz.

These files are scans of the complete document and have
not been optimised for file size. The 'Complete Works' are
about 20MB, while the '10 GHz' files (which are a subset
of the 'Complete Works') are, in total, about half that size.
They are subdivided into five parts and include notes on
a dish feed, a polariser, orthomode transducer  and
circular-square waveguide transition.
